The QRPGuys Micro 40-15m EFHW Tuner/Antenna is the smallest and lightest tuner/swr indicator/antenna we produce. It is rated at 5 watts continuous, 10 watts PEP, and utilizes the N7VE led SWR indicator and attaches directly to the transceiver’s female BNC connector. The absorption SWR bridge insures that the worst case match the transceiver sees is 2:1 while tuning. It measures 2.75″ x 1.50″ and weighs only ~1.8oz. (52gm.). The through hole component kit comes complete except for the user supplied #22-24awg 1/2 wave wire for the element and counterpoise. All stainless steel connection hardware for the connections. The tools required are a soldering iron with a small tip, rosin core solder, small side cutters, and can be built in about an hour. On a difficulty scale of 1 to 5, 5 being the most difficult, this is rated at 2.
